Mixing Tanks can be used to mix
materials whose properties are vastly different. For instance, water
and oil. These tanks can also be used to mix materials with similar
properties such as water and perfume. Mixing tanks can be used in
many types of industries, including food, beverage, cosmetics, and
pharmaceutical. General applications include the production of the
              followings:

              - creams
              - emulsions
              - gels
              - lotion
              - ointments
              - shampoos
              - toothpastes
              - suspensions, etc.

Lersak Stainless offers standard-sized mixing tanks. Alternatively,
customers can specify their own requirement. As with the design
and production of platforms for production lines, all tanks are
manufactured strictly under international codes such as ANSI, JIS,
              ASTM, etc.

The steam-jacketed tanks are used in mixing and dispersing, and
homogenizing processes (with or without pressure-proof up to 3 Bar),
working tanks, and temperature-controlled operation platforms. Product
components (liquid phase-day materials) are fed directly into the
mixture with volumes ranging from 20 to 5,000 liters within the
automatic vacuum system of the tank.
